My story might sound alot like yours. I got to a point in my life where my ability to care for someone else meant a difference in the quality of life for that person. While taking the journey to help my Mother-in-Law Lucy after she returned home from a serious surgery in her 90's I found my calling to help.
As an Interior Design Specialist the idea of "Aging in Place" was one I had helped clients with before but the process of
figuring out who should do what to help me and the process of dealing with all of life's"stuff" was one that I realized I had the tools and skill set to deal with.
In 2009, I launched the EZ Life Transition segment of my Design business. I became certified as a Senior Move Manager and quickly saw the value in networking with other professionals. I am referred not only by my clients but Realtors who often find their clients needing assistance not only to move but downsizing to a new lifestyle and location. My highly effective team can de clutter, distribute, pack and haul away whatever stands between you and your new Lifestyle. We orcastrate highly successful Estate sales as well as pack and distribute family heirlooms and even make a green effort to recycle the items not going with you to your new streamlined lifestyle.
